Is it racist being racist to people of your own race?

For example if some English people called me a F*** Foreigner(even though Im born here-but have a foreign accent) and my Oriental wife and UK-born mixed race kids F*** P*kis if I shouted these words back at English people am I being racist or does it depend on their race? We were harassed by mostly White but also Black English. Also, if I shout at them English f*** c*** am I beiong racist even if theyre the same colour and nationality as me?

WE ALL GET IT NO MATTER WHERE WE ARE FROM, IF IT WAS ALL WHITE PEOPLE THEN THEY WOULD PICK ON EACH OTHER FOR THIER HAIR COLOUR OR WHATEVER, BLACKS IN THE U.K ARE RACIST TO EACH OTHER IN PUBLIC ON A DAILY BASIS CALLING EACH OYHER N*IGGER IN THE STREET TO EACH OTHER BUT IF ANYBODY NON BLACK DID IT THERE WOULD BE TROUBLE. SO NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO YOU CANT WIN.
