Oriental City

How much is an Oriental fan worth?

I have found an oriental fan in a house we were clearing out. It is of a painted city of light, and it is VERY well done. It is mostly gold paint and it is about 3 1/2 feet tall by 4 feet wide. The person signed it in Chinese (I think) so I can’t read the signiture. Any ideas on what it is worth, or how I can find out??
